- Cabinet boxes set plumb/level/square; properly fastened to studs with shims where needed.
- Secure hanging rails, fillers, end panels, crown & light rail installed to spec.
- Door/drawer alignment and hardware mounting (pulls/knobs, soft-close hinges/runners) adjusted to spec.
- Toe-kicks, scribe trim, and finished panels fitted cleanly.

Locations beyond 25 road miles are still eligible for coverage, but a reasonable trip fee may apply. One covered service visit per rolling 12 months; additional visits may incur a service fee.

How long does the guarantee last?
Residential flooring workmanship is covered for as long as you own your floor at the original address (with the proration tables above). Cabinets are covered for a limited 24-month term (pro-rated). Commercial projects are typically 12 months from Substantial Completion (unless extended in contract).
