How long does the guarantee last? Residential flooring workmanship is covered for as long as you own your floor at the original address (with the proration tables above). Cabinets are covered for a limited 24-month term (pro-rated). Commercial projects are typically 12 months from Substantial Completion (unless extended in contract).
