Residential flooring workmanship is covered for as long as you own your floor at the original address (with the proration tables above). Cabinets are covered for a limited 24-month term (pro-rated). Commercial projects are typically 12 months from Substantial Completion (unless extended in contract). Rental properties carry a 24-month workmanship term.
